Juicerfo Aseptic Tomato Paste is an industrial tomato ingredient produced by concentrating the refined pulp of ripe, carefully selected tomatoes. After the removal of skins, seeds, and undesirable particles, the tomato pulp is concentrated, thermally sterilized, and filled into sterile multilayer bags under controlled aseptic conditions. This process helps preserve the product’s natural tomato color, flavor, acidity, and functional properties while reducing the risk of recontamination before opening.
Available in commonly requested grades such as 28–30°Bx, 30–32°Bx, and 36–38°Bx, our bulk aseptic tomato paste can be selected according to the customer’s formulation, processing equipment, transportation requirements, and final application. Both Hot Break and Cold Break options may be supplied depending on the required viscosity, Bostwick consistency, flowability, and tomato flavor profile.

The term “aseptic” describes the processing and packaging system rather than a preservative or additive.
Hot Break tomato paste is processed at a higher temperature, commonly around 85–100°C, which rapidly reduces the activity of pectin-degrading enzymes and generally creates higher viscosity and greater consistency. It is widely used in ketchup, pizza sauce, and thick tomato sauces.
Common industrial grades include 28–30°Bx, 30–32°Bx, and 36–38°Bx. The 28–30°Bx grade is widely used for ketchup, sauces, canned foods, soups, meat products, and ready meals. The 36–38°Bx grade contains more tomato soluble solids and may improve transportation efficiency, although it generally requires suitable pumping, unloading, mixing, and reconstitution equipment.
Aseptic packaging does not automatically indicate whether a product contains preservatives or other ingredients. Many industrial aseptic tomato pastes are produced without preservatives, but the final composition should always be confirmed through the product Technical Data Sheet, Ingredient Declaration, and purchase specification. Buyers should verify the possible presence of salt, sugar, added acid, colorants, or other additives before ordering.
Consistency is commonly evaluated using the Bostwick test, which measures how far the product flows during a specified period. A lower Bostwick value generally indicates a thicker paste, while a higher value indicates greater flowability. For accurate comparison, sample Brix, temperature, test time, preparation method, and equipment conditions must be standardized. Tomato paste is often tested after dilution to approximately 12.5°Bx.
